How to work feedly?
Feedly is a popular RSS feed reader that allows you to aggregate and organize your favorite news sources, blogs, and other online content in one place. Here's a general guide on how to work with Feedly:
1. Create a Feedly account: Visit the Feedly website (feedly.com) and sign up for a new account. You can also use your Google or Facebook account to log in.
2. Set up your content preferences: After signing in, you'll be prompted to select your areas of interest. Choose topics or enter specific keywords to customize your content recommendations.
3. Add content sources: To start following specific websites, blogs, or news sources, you can either search for them using the search bar at the top of the Feedly interface or click on the "+" button next to "Follow Sources" in the left-hand sidebar. You can enter the website URL or search for a particular publication or topic.
4. Organize your feeds: As you add content sources, you can organize them into different categories or collections. To create a collection, click on the "+" button next to "Collections" in the left-hand sidebar. Give it a name and start dragging and dropping your sources into the desired collection.
5. Explore and read content: Once you've added sources and organized them, you can start reading the content. Feedly's interface presents articles in a clean and easy-to-read format. Click on the article titles to view the full content within Feedly or to open them in the original source website.
6. Save and share content: If you come across an article you want to save for later, mark it as "Saved" by clicking on the bookmark icon. You can access your saved articles later from the "Saved" section in the left-hand sidebar. Feedly also allows you to share articles directly to various social media platforms or save them to read-it-later services like Pocket.
7. Customize your reading experience: Feedly provides various options for customizing your reading experience. You can change the layout, adjust font size, enable night mode, and personalize other settings to suit your preferences. Explore the settings menu to access these options.
8. Stay organized with read/unread articles: Feedly keeps track of which articles you've read and marks them as "read" automatically. This feature helps you stay organized and easily spot new content when you return to the application.
Remember that Feedly offers additional features and functionalities that may evolve over time. It's a good idea to explore the platform and familiarize yourself with its capabilities to make the most out of your experience.
